Shimaa: I would recommend going to Wikipedia (and Google), and entering "Circadian Rhythm" and "Chronobiology" to start with. There is a ton of information out there. You can also check out the book "Rhythms of Life: The Biological Clocks that Control the Daily Lives of Every Living Thing", which you can find on Amazon. (I have not personally read this book, but it was recommended as a good resource). Hope this helps. I'll be posting more here as I do additional research. I'm still learning about it. Thanks for your question.

Hi Milos, Thanks for the comment and glad it's working for you. I did give attribution to Eben in the post, right before the action steps. Even though he didn't invent the concept, he did an excellent job presenting it in the Wake Up Productive seminar, which I would highly recommend to anyone.
